What Happens When You Come for the First Time

You would like to visit a healing salon, but not quite knowing what will be done to you, in a place you have never been, makes you a little uneasy. I think that is a natural way to feel. So today I want to tell you, ahead of time, what the time actually looks like when you come to Hikari no Ki for the first time.

We start by talking

You do not have to receive a session right away. Most people begin with a free thirty-minute Zoom consultation.

This is where we talk once about what you would like, what has been on your mind lately, and which session might suit you. If we talk and it does not feel like a fit, that is completely fine. I will not press anything on you. I think of the consultation less as a place to decide something and more as a time for us to get to know each other.

The day itself

On the day of a session, no special preparation is needed. You do not need any spiritual knowledge, and you do not need to believe in anything. Plenty of people tell me they are half-convinced, and that is no problem at all.

You receive the session in a quiet room, in comfortable clothes. Depending on the kind of session, there are stretches received seated and stretches received standing, with the eyes closed. There is nothing painful or strongly stimulating about it. Some people soften partway through and drift a little. That is natural too.

What I am doing

It is hard to say in a single line what happens in a session, but I think of it as time spent reconnecting you with something you already carry. I am not adding some special power from the outside. It is closer to the image of gently regaining a connection that had grown faint in the middle of daily life.

How people feel afterward varies. Some notice something on the spot; for others, over a few days, the depth of their breath or the way they take things in changes quietly.

If you are still wavering

It is fine to be at the stage of wanting to come but still hesitating. Just as you are, with that feeling, reach out first through the free thirty-minute Zoom consultation. You can decide after we talk.
