What Zero Point Healing Is, and the Thinking Behind It

Zero Point Healing can sound a little technical, with a word from physics in its name. So here is what the session involves, and the thinking it rests on.

What happens

It is a session of about sixty minutes that uses an Amega wand, a tool that resonates with what is called zero-point energy, to settle the body, the aura, and the chakras. It is offered at Hikari no Ki, near Ryokuentoshi station in Yokohama.

The session can be received seated or lying down, in whatever posture is comfortable. We begin with a short check-in about how things are right now, spend around forty minutes on the energy work, and close with a few notes on how to look after yourself afterward. There is nothing painful or jarring about it. Most people describe a deep quiet, or a sense of heaviness lifting from the body.

The thinking behind it

“Zero point” refers to the stillest, most original state of matter, where vibration has settled as far as it can go. Instead of adding something or pushing with force, this work clears away the noise that has gathered, and lets the natural vibration return.

Describing the session as “curing what is wrong” or “remaking the body” feels slightly off to me. The body already carries its own ability to find balance again. When daily stress dulls that ability, the session settles the field toward that original quiet, so it becomes easier to reconnect with the balancing power that is already there.

What you need to begin

No special preparation is required, and first-timers are welcome. The session is ¥15,000 (tax included) and runs about sixty minutes. It suits people carrying chronic tiredness, or an unclear sense of being out of balance, or anyone who wants a thorough reset.

Zero Point Healing is also the second session in a six-part program called New Technology Healing. Received on its own or as part of the course, the content is the same. For the day of the session and the day after, take it slow and drink plenty of water.
