What is DNA Activation?

DNA Activation® is a structured energy modality that works with the informational blueprint encoded in your DNA. It awakens dormant potential at the level where physical biology meets soul evolution. Yuki, the practitioner at Hikari no Ki near Ryokuentoshi Station in Yokohama, is certified and offers this as the recommended starting point for anyone new to activation work.

From a scientific standpoint, DNA governs how the body grows, functions, and repairs itself. In the framework used at Hikari no Ki, DNA is understood to carry layers beyond the purely physical: consciousness, life purpose, and the soul’s capacity for evolution. Much of this potential sits dormant in most people. DNA Activation® is the process of gently and systematically opening access to it.

This is the entry-point session. Before Full Spirit Activation or the 11th Codan Reading, this is where you begin. It creates the energetic conditions (the open circuitry) that the more advanced modalities build upon. That said, you don’t need to have a plan for what comes next. Many people come for this session on its own, simply because something in them is ready to begin.

The session runs approximately 60 minutes, including intake. It is performed in-person with a crystal wand, in a quiet, private space. Each session includes two Spageric products (plant-based energy preparations) to support integration in the days following the session. This inclusion is part of Hikari no Ki’s offering and is not standard at every practitioner.

No specific outcome is guaranteed. What arises in a session reflects what is ready to move in you at that time. Some people feel a great deal; others notice subtle shifts days later. Both are valid.

What happens in the session

DNA Activation® follows a defined sequence of steps. Each component has a purpose, and they build on one another.

Crown chakra alignment The session opens with a tuning of the crown chakra (the energy center at the top of the head) to prepare the system for receiving. Think of it as opening the channel before the signal arrives.

Toning Specific vocal tones are used to bring the body’s vibrational field into coherence. This is sound-based energy work that operates below the thinking mind, creating a foundation for the deeper steps.

Balance line adjustment The body’s energy is assessed and adjusted along its central balance lines: left and right, upper and lower. Many clients notice warmth, relaxation, or a feeling of the body settling during this stage.

Elemental activation (magnetic lines) The four elements (fire, water, air, earth) are invoked and woven through the energy field via the 16-petal structure. This step harmonizes the personal energy system with the natural world.

Negative crystal removal Accumulated negative crystals (dense, clouded crystallisations of unhelpful energy in the field) are cleared. This step lets the DNA Activation that follows land more fully.

DNA Activation The sequence culminates here. With all preparatory layers in place, the activation itself is performed. This is where dormant potential is addressed directly.

DNA Reading may also take place: a sharing of impressions received during the session. This is done as information arises naturally and may not occur in every session.

Session flow

1. Intake Yuki will ask about what brings you in, your current state, and any questions you have. If this is your first activation session, the process will be explained before anything begins.
2. Preparation You’ll sit comfortably in a chair, relaxed. Wear comfortable clothing. You may be asked to remove metal jewelry. No other preparation is needed.
3. Session (approx. 60 min) Performed with a crystal wand, the sequence moves from crown chakra alignment through toning, balance line work, elemental activation, negative crystal removal, and the DNA activation itself. Your role is simply to remain relaxed and receptive, with eyes closed and breathing naturally. Falling asleep is fine.
4. Post-session sharing Yuki will share anything received during the session. You’ll also receive guidance on integration: rest, hydration, and a salt bath are recommended for the day of and the day after.
5. Spageric products You’ll receive two Spageric products before leaving. Yuki will explain how to use them and what they’re for.

Common questions

Do I need any prior experience with energy work or spirituality?

No. DNA Activation® is specifically positioned as the entry point, not a continuation of something else. An openness to the experience is all that’s needed. You don’t need to hold particular beliefs or have done this kind of work before.

What might I feel during the session?

Warmth, gentle tingling, a deep physical relaxation, or simply quiet. Some people feel very little during the session and notice changes in the days following. Some fall asleep. All of these are normal. The activation occurs regardless of what you consciously feel.

How many sessions do I need?

DNA Activation® is a complete session on its own, not a series. You can receive it again, but a minimum of three weeks must pass between sessions. If you’re interested in going deeper, the natural next steps are the 11th Codan Reading and Full Spirit Activation.

What should I do after the session?

Take it easy on the day of the session. Drink water, take a salt bath if possible, and allow yourself unscheduled time. Avoid intensive physical exertion or a packed schedule. The integration (the work settling in) often continues for several days.

What are the two Spageric products included with the session?

Spagerics are plant-based preparations made through a specific energy process. They’re included to support the integration period after activation. Yuki will explain exactly what you’ve received and how to use each product at the close of your session.
