About this session

Ensofic Ray Healing® works with the purest ray of light from the universal source — the Ensof, a term rooted in Hebrew mystical philosophy meaning “infinite light.” It is offered at Hikari no Ki by Yuki, a certified practitioner based in Yokohama.

The modality addresses three distinct layers of a person’s existence: the physical body, the soul (the emotional and personal self), and the spirit (the higher, timeless self). Most energy work focuses primarily on the physical and energetic body. Ensofic Ray Healing® goes deeper — directly engaging the soul and spirit layers with a precision that standard Reiki does not reach.

This is considered to be the origin of Reiki. Modern Reiki branches from Ensofic Ray, which works at a more fundamental level and allows for deeper, more lasting change. The structure of a full three-session course is intentional: the first session establishes the energy in the body, the second seals it with sacred symbols, and the third deepens and integrates the work. Each session builds on the last.

The experience is quiet and physical — you are seated or lying down, and Yuki works directly with specific points on the head and body. Sessions are not guided visualizations or verbal coaching. The work happens through deliberate, structured energy practice rooted in an 8,000-year-old lineage of esoteric teaching.

What happens in a session

1. Session 1 — Establishing the ray — Yuki works to seat the Ensofic Ray energy at specific points on the head. Ensofic Reiki (靈氣) is then drawn through the physical body to clear and settle the energetic field. Depending on your needs, a thought-pattern approach and a metabolic activation technique may also be included.
2. Session 2 — Sealing with sacred symbols — The Ensofic Ray energy is again established in the head, followed by the sealing (シーリング) of sacred symbols into the aura. This step holds the light in place and begins the deeper integration. Additional work on thought patterns or metabolic activation is available on request.
3. Session 3 — Full integration — The Ensofic Ray is seated more deeply than in the previous sessions, and the symbols are re-sealed into the aura. By the end of the third session, the energy has fully taken root in all three layers — body, soul, and spirit — completing the cycle of the course.
