What Ensofic Ray Healing Is, and the Thinking Behind It
Ensofic Ray Healing® is a session that works with light. The “Ensof” in its name comes from the metaphysical tradition, where it points to the source from which all light is said to arise. Here is what the session involves, and the thinking it rests on.
What happens
It uses the energy of the Ensofic Ray, the original light, to work in turn through three layers: the body, the soul, and the spirit. It is offered at Hikari no Ki, near Ryokuentoshi station in Yokohama. Each session runs sixty to ninety minutes, and it is arranged as a course of three.
These three are best received within about a month of each other, so the process can stay connected. There is nothing painful or jarring about it. It is a quiet stretch of time, as if light were passing slowly through each layer.
The thinking behind it
I often compare this session to a factory reset. Just as a machine collects settings over years of use, a person gathers many things on top of their original state through the course of living. Ensofic Ray Healing quietly unwinds those layers, one at a time, and returns you toward that original state at depth. That is the thinking behind it.
Describing it as “curing what is wrong” or “remaking a person” feels slightly off. The light does not add something new. It makes it easier to reconnect with the clear state that is already within. What sets this session apart is that it is designed to reach not only the body, but the soul and the spirit as well.
What you need, and what follows
No special preparation is required. The full course of three is ¥40,000 (tax included), sixty to ninety minutes each, received in person. It suits those who want to settle deeply from the ground up, or who are pausing at a turning point in life.
After the three sessions, the settled state is said to hold for around a year. Rather than something changing dramatically overnight, the way you feel and receive things gradually returns toward your own center. It is a session that supports that quiet kind of change.
If you would like to talk first
If committing to a course of three feels like a lot, you are welcome to begin with a free 30-minute Zoom consultation. You can ask what it involves and whether it suits where you are right now, and decide after talking it through.
