Healers Academy: learning to offer what you have received

After receiving healing several times, a question sometimes appears: “Could I learn to do this too?” The wish shifts from receiving toward offering something through one’s own hands. Healers Academy is a stage of study that meets that question.

From receiving to offering

My earlier writing about Kabbalah and the mystery-school path focused mainly on learning to know oneself. Healers Academy carries that work one step further, toward using what has been learned in service to another person.

The first task is not acquiring a special power. It is caring for one’s own condition. To hold energy clearly for someone else, the person offering the work needs to become a clear passage. The foundation begins with practices that help the healer remain steady.

The entry point to this path is the Adept Program®. Healers Academy is the stage that follows it.

Technique and posture

The study includes ways of working with energy, but technique is only one part. Equal attention is given to the posture of the person using it.

When placing hands for another person, personal wishes and judgments cannot be pressed into their experience. The work asks for trust in the strength already present within them. If the impulse to fix or rescue appears, it needs to be noticed and set down.

This changed my own work more than any single technique. I began to understand the role as standing beside a person while they return to what is already theirs. The texture of a session changed when that difference settled into my body.

Who is the study for?

Healers Academy is not automatically the next step for everyone. It tends to open after someone has received healing, recognized something true in the experience, and begun to wonder about learning. Some study for professional work; others begin for themselves and people close to them.

There is no need to decide the whole path now. Receiving one session and listening to what follows is enough.
