How much time to leave between sessions

“How long should I wait before the next one?” It is one of the most common questions after a session. People often settle on what they want to receive and then get stuck on the timing instead. So this post is about the spacing, and only the spacing.

Why three weeks

DNA Activation® asks for a minimum of three weeks before the next session. It is complete in a single session, so it is not something that only works if you repeat it. Even so, some people find it deepens when received again, and in that case the same three-week minimum applies. DNA Activation® with the Amega Wand is received at least three weeks after the standard version, and again at least three weeks apart if repeated. If you would like Full Spirit Activation soon after DNA Activation®, you book it three weeks or more later.

Those three weeks are not a scheduling convenience. Energy that has been received needs that long to settle into the body and into daily life. Packing sessions closer together does not make the work go deeper any faster. Laying the next one on top before the first has settled tends to mean both pass through. The interval is less a restriction than a condition for the session to do what it does.

Different sessions, different shapes

New Technology Healing runs as six sessions spaced one to two weeks apart, about three months from start to finish. That is shorter than three weeks, and for the same reason: each session is given the time it needs to settle, and the six are built as one continuous sequence. A shorter gap does not mean lighter work, and a longer one does not mean heavier.

Spark of Life, which is received remotely, keeps integrating for a few days to a few weeks after the session itself has ended. The work is not contained inside the hour. While that integration is still unfolding, there is nothing to decide about what comes next.

So how often should you come back?

Honestly, there is no set frequency. There is no version of “come this many times a year and this will happen” that would be true. Come when you feel you need to is as far as it is possible to go, and saying more than that would be inventing something.

Only the lower limit is fixed. There is no upper one. Six months is fine. A year is fine. If the change from the last session still feels like it is unfolding, you are somewhere in the middle of it. When some time has passed and you notice yourself circling the same spot again, that is the more reliable signal, more so than counting weeks.

The time in between

The aftercare for DNA Activation® is simple: drink water, take a salt bath, and keep the pace of your days relaxed. The day of the session and the day after are worth keeping slow. How those first couple of days go tends to shape how the following three weeks settle.

One practical note: if you would like DNA Activation® and an 11th Codon Reading on the same day, one after the other, that is arranged by talking it through when you book. If you would rather think the spacing through before deciding anything, a free 30-minute Zoom consultation is available.
